What is Hypnotherapy? 

Hypnotherapy is a natural and very simple way of changing the way we and our subconcious mind thinks.  It has been in use in one form or another for most of human history. Today, even the NHS NICE guidelines support the use of hypnosis for IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) and has amazing benefits for physical and emotional pain.  

Why Use Hypnotherapy?

Its absolutely natural, its safe and very effective.  It can be used to help with weight loss and diet control, getting rid of negative habbits ie. nail biting, smoking etc.  It can greatly reduce anxiety and panic attacks.  The list grows every day as to the benefits of using hypnosis. 

 

Most clients can see results in their first session though if you have deep rooted issues we normally schedule 3 sessions that build on each other.
